• WMPSS reviews CV/Resume, Officer NOMINATES well-qualified candidate (5days)
• Nominee reviews &executes "Consent & Conflict of Interest" App(5days)
• WMPSS reviews CCIA, offers selected Nominee Affiliate Serv. Agmt (ASA, 3days)
• Affiliate Services AgreemASA) may be TERMINATED at ANY TIME by either Party
• WMPSS briefly Trains on Co. Services & Products, Engage Models, etc. (3days)
• Affiliate CLEARS "Lead(s)" from WMPSS "In-progress Lead List" (PRE-contact)
• Affiliate contacts/refers "Lead(s)" to WMPSS Website & "Contact Us" (per ASA)
• Affiliate pays all EXPENSES, unless WMPSS PRE-approves (Officer, IN WRITING)
• Affiliate promptly Notifies WMPSS of Lead and all "Details" (WITHIN 3days)
• Affiliate's "Lead" & WMPSS promptly discuss Engagement (WITHIN 10days)
• WMPSS receives prompt Revenue (Retainer(s)/Deposit(s) per Model & Contract
• WMPSS issues Affiliate(%) payment(s) (Program Rate Chart, 1099-misc, 10days)
• Affiliate Payments CAPPED: % by Revenu Chart, Revenue achieved in 2yrs (/Lead)
• "No Revenue" Lead(s) (in 1yr) removed from Affiliate's "(%) List" ("ripe" only"!)
• Other than "Payment" above, Program creates NO financial of/to either Party
• % Payments due Affiliate ONLY as NET "Lifecycle" Profit exists w/ "Lead"
